Rental facts 

• $40 application fee 
• Move in costs are 1st months pro-rated rent and security deposit of one month rent 
• Utility charge of $114 includes Water/Sewer/Garbage/Gas/Electricity 
• 50% additional utility charge for each occupant after the first 
• Tenant Benefit Package of $39 covers fast WiFi, Renter’s Insurance Waiver, and Credit Score Building 

Optional charges 

• Parcel Pending: $25 initially then / $10 per month 
• Bike Storage: $15 
• Storage Locker: $25 
• Pet Rent: $49 for dog, $24 for cat 

Application Requirements 

• 650 minimum credit score 
• Income more than 3x monthly rent 
• Positive rental history (no debt to landlord, no evictions, positive reference) 
• Students welcome, including international students 
• Exceptions possible with co-signer and last-month rent deposit
